Please note that while our pieces are made to last, permanent jewelry is not invincible and can break if enough tension is applied. 

The purpose of the jump ring is to ensure that if for any reason, the chain is pulled in a way that would cause it to break, the tension applied will cause the jump ring to break at the weld vs the chain for your safety. 

Per our policy, we offer the first re-weld at no charge. Re-welds after that are subject to a $20 fee. We will never charge for a re-weld should your jewelry need to be removed for medical reasons. 

Our policy does not cover snags from changing clothing, playing with pets & so on. These pieces are considered to be fine jewelry and should be treated as such. Although we do offer our first re-weld for free, we are not responsible for breaks due to snags, stretching, or broken and lost chains. If you have any issues with your jewelry within the first 24 hours of purchase, please contact us within 48 hours. Please take care when changing clothing, working out and any other activities you may participate in that could result in your piece becoming damaged. 

We recommend that you clean your jewelry on a regular basis to keep your pieces free of dirt and build up. This can be done by washing gently with mild soap and warm water. Dry completely, and then follow up with the polishing cloth provided.

Please avoid direct contact with lotions, perfumes & sunscreen.
