Q - I'm traveling soon. Do I have to take it off at the airport or for TSA?

Fun Fact! Wild Fleur was founded by a Major US Airline employee. We can confirm that you are not required to remove your jewelry at any point during the screening process & we promise that you are cleared for take off! 

Q - What if I need to have an MRI or Surgery? 

If for any reason your jewelry needs to be removed for medical purposes, we will happily re-weld it at no charge. Please note that if the chain is damaged or links or stretched, you may need to purchase a new piece. 

Q - What do I do if my jewelry breaks? 

We double check all of our welds to ensure that your permanent jewelry is secure before payment is made. We get it, sometimes accidents happen! While our pieces are designed to last, it does not mean that they are unbreakable. Our pieces are considered to be fine jewelry and should be treated as such.

If your jewelry breaks at the weld site within 14 days of receiving it, please contact us immediately & send us a photo of the weld. We will provide our re-weld service at no cost to you. Repairs outside of this time frame are subject to our $20 repair fee. 

Q - Do you offer any kind of warranty for permanent jewelry? 

While we do not offer any official warranty, we do guarantee our chains. We will replace any chain at no cost to you should you experience tarnishing. Please note that we do require your original purchase receipt in order to verify that your jewelry was purchased from Wild Fleur.

Wild Fleur is not responsible for misplaced, lost or broken jewelry. Additionally, due to the custom nature of permanent jewelry, all sales are final & no refunds will be issued.
