What is Permanent Jewelry ?

Permanent jewelry is a clasp-less piece of jewelry that is welded together by a single jump ring. 

Can my jewelry be removed ?

Yes. If you need to remove your jewelry at any time, the jump ring can be carefully cut at the weld with wire cutters. Save your chain in case you would like to have it re-welded in the future or decide you want to add a clasp.

What happens if the jump ring breaks or gets caught on something and pops off ?

We offer one complimentary reattachment with every piece purchased! After the first reattachment, our $20 re weld fee will apply. If the chain is no longer in its original condition (stretched out links or multiple breaks in chain) a new chain will need to be purchased.

Can I change my mind or get a refund once my piece is welded ?

No. Due to each piece being customized and fit to you, all sales are final. 

What are your chains made of ?

We offer 925 sterling silver & 14k-24k white, yellow and rose gold filled chains. Solid 14k gold & white gold  is also available. 

Will it tarnish ?

No. We use high quality chains that will not tarnish. Each of our chains are tested before we offer them for sale in order to ensure all products are up to our standards.

Can I get my jewelry wet ?

Yes! our pieces are designed to be worn at all times.

What if I travel ? Can I wear it through airport security ?

Fun Fact! Our founder works full time for an Airline! We promise your pieces are TSA approved & cleared for take off! 

Do you have an age limit? 

Anyone receiving permanent jewelry must be 13 years or older. We do NOT provide permanent jewelry for younger children, toddlers or infants.
